Note: For data tracking purposes, it is highly recommended that you access the dialer using Firefox instead of Internet Explorer.  If you do not have Firefox installed on your computer, please click the link below to install.



Softphone Setup Instructions:

    1) Download softphone in link above and save to Desktop
    2) Open folder and click on "License key" document
    3) Copy and Paste key in the Eyebeam install application
    4) Right click on softphone screen
    5) Click 'Settings...'
    6) Type your name in ‘Display Name’ field
    7) Enter your assigned user name in the 'User name' field
    8) Enter your assigned password in the 'Password' field
    9) Authorization user name is the same as your user name (see #6)
  10) Enter:
204.9.247.47 in the 'Domain' field
  11) Make sure the ‘Enable this SIP account’ box on the upper left is checked
  12)
Click ‘OK’ at the bottom
  13) The softphone screen should now say:
          ‘Logged in -- enter phone number
           Your number is: ###’

             Done!


Dialer Login Instructions:

     1) Make sure your softphone is active before logging in to the Switchboard

      2) Log on to:            
 
      3) Enter your assigned user name in the 'Phone Login' field
      4) Enter your assigned password in the Phone Password' field
      5) Click 'Submit'
      6) Enter the info in #'s 2 and 3 for the 'User Login and Password' fields
      7) Select campaign
      8) Click 'Submit'
      9) When softphone rings, click on 'line 1' to answer system call
    10) Once logged into the agent screen, simply click 'Resume' on the upper
            left hand corner to start taking calls
